Responsibilities
- Answer incoming guest calls and emails regarding availability, rates, and property details
- Accurately book and modify reservations in the system
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and special requests professionally
- Collaborate with front desk teams to ensure reservation accuracy
- Stay informed about property promotions, policies, and local events
- Process payments, cancellations, and booking adjustments
- Manage group reservations and unique booking needs efficiently
- Address and follow up on guest concerns promptly
- Perform other duties as needed

- Location: Onsite at the Bar Harbor Inn and Spa (not a remote position)
