Responsibilities
- Manage daily planning and logistical coordination for customer deployment timelines and launch preparedness.
- Act as the main contact for customers during deployment, handling all execution and communication needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, key milestones, action item trackers, risk registers, and status updates.
- Lead kickoff sessions, weekly deployment syncs, readiness evaluations, and go-live check-ins with internal and customer teams.
- Coordinate customer-side readiness across operations, facilities, IT, networking, training, staffing, and workflow integration.
- Collaborate with technical, product, hardware, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Identify and escalate risks or obstacles promptly, ensuring timely resolution across departments.
- Support on-site launch activities and customer communication during high-pressure deployment phases.
- Compile, assess, and summarize deployment data to produce regular status reports.
- Deliver performance metrics reviews and contribute to post-launch evaluations and process improvements.
- Establish strong customer relationships during deployment and initial stabilization, supporting future expansion efforts as required.
- Travel frequently and on short notice, up to 80% of the time, within the U.S. for customer launches and field support.
