Destination Knot is hiring a Hotel Booking Specialist to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in managing reservations and coordinating hotel accommodations for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage and process hotel reservation requests from start to finish.
- Communicate directly with hotels and clients to confirm bookings and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all booking details are correct.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in hotel booking, reservations, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, global position. We are open to candidates based in Chicago, Illinois.
