Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is looking for a Hospitality Host to join our Airport Hospitality Team at Bristol Airport. You will be central to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience, delivering world-class service within our airport lounge facilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide a meet and greet service, handling all guest interactions courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain lounge facilities to a high standard, performing daily checks in line with operational standards.
- Keep accurate records of all lounge customers and maintain the booking database.
- Process payments for direct bookings, handling credit/debit cards and cash, and reconcile all monies taken.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with product directions and licensing.
- Assist with clearing and organizing the lounge to ensure high standards of hygiene in all guest and service areas.
- Maintain stock levels, manage date rotation, and replenish the food and beverage buffet service.
- Dispose of waste, including recycling, appropriately.
What We're Looking For
- A solid background in general customer service, hospitality, or retail.
- A team player with a first-class approach to customer service.
- Numerical, analytical, and computer literacy skills, including experience with mainstream PC applications like Microsoft Office.
- Experience working on your own initiative.
- Willingness to work on a flexible basis.
- You must be a minimum of 18 years old to comply with our alcohol service policy.
