About the Role
This position supports customers by managing hotel reservations remotely, ensuring accurate bookings, timely communication, and high satisfaction through responsive and detail-oriented service.
Responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservation requests from customers across multiple platforms
- Confirm booking details and communicate updates promptly
- Coordinate with property partners to ensure availability and special requests
- Resolve reservation discrepancies and customer concerns efficiently
- Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to policy
- Maintain accurate records in the reservation management system
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone within service standards
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Ensure all customer data is handled securely and confidentially
- Provide support during peak booking periods and high-volume times
- Monitor reservation pipelines and follow up on incomplete bookings
- Assist in improving booking processes based on customer feedback
- Stay updated on property offerings, promotions, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer expectations
- Support the delivery of a consistent and positive customer experience
- Adhere to service level agreements for response and resolution times
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Track and report on reservation metrics and performance indicators
- Maintain professionalism during high-pressure customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
