About the Role
The associate will assist in managing on-site activations for sports betting events, working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver engaging experiences while adhering to operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for live event setups and breakdowns
- Support on-site staff during sports betting activations
- Assist in vendor and partner communication
- Ensure brand representation aligns with campaign goals
- Track event performance metrics and feedback
- Help manage inventory of promotional materials
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot on-site issues during events
- Prepare event reports and summaries
- Collaborate with marketing teams on event themes
- Schedule event timelines and staffing needs
- Verify venue requirements and permits
- Support guest check-in and engagement activities
- Conduct pre-event walkthroughs with partners
- Manage transportation and equipment logistics
- Assist in training temporary event staff
- Monitor budget adherence for assigned events
- Escalate operational concerns to leadership
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Gather post-event feedback from stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of event activities
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams
- Support social media activations during events
- Track asset usage and return schedules
- Assist in developing event checklists
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Work Arrangement
Hybrid with frequent on-site event presence

Part of the live experiences division reporting to the activation manager
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long durations
- Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of equipment
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Travel Expectations
- Up to 50% regional travel required
- Events primarily on weekends and holidays
