Responsibilities
- Assume leadership responsibilities for hospital operations during the absence of the Operations Manager
- Support the development of Hospital Service Technicians through training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Contribute to the management of equipment inventory, workflow efficiency, and operational productivity
- Respond to team member concerns and collaborate on respectful, effective resolutions
- Assist in creating shift schedules and fostering collaboration across all work periods
- Support onboarding processes and continuous training using established HST training materials
- Provide guidance on the proper use of ASSET360 and other hospital-specific systems
- Perform routine operational duties such as patient equipment rounds, deliveries, and sanitation as needed
- Maintain awareness of the hospital's service agreement fundamentals and support adherence to its terms

Schedule
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Flexibility Required
Occasional weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts may be necessary
