DaVita is looking for a Hospital Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide specialized inpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative hospital setting as part of our Joint Commission–accredited inpatient program.

What You'll Do

Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
Collaborate closely with hospital care teams and DaVita clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and support patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Adapt quickly to a dynamic hospital environment, working in a variety of hospital units.
Rotate between facilities as needed and work regular and on-call shifts, which include weekends and holidays.
Manage a daily schedule that may change based on patient needs.

What We're Looking For

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current dialysis experience is required.
ADN is required.
Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.

Nice to Have

BSN preferred.
ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful.
CNN or CDN certification preferred.
