What You'll Do
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver inpatient-level medical care directly in patients’ homes, supporting a transformative approach to acute care. You’ll conduct both remote and on-site clinical evaluations, manage urgent triage needs, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Your role includes administering therapies in home settings and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
You’ll also play a leadership role within the unit, potentially serving as charge nurse, preceptor, or committee member. This includes mentoring peers, contributing to process improvements, and helping shape care standards. Requirements
Candidates must hold at least two years of direct experience in acute care, intensive care, or emergency department settings. A valid New York State driver’s license and dependable transportation are mandatory, as the role involves regular travel to patient homes. You must be capable of making sound clinical judgments independently while remaining closely connected to the care team.
Preferred qualifications include five or more years of diverse clinical experience, strong critical thinking skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-evolving situations.
