Responsibilities
- This position focuses mainly on hormone health - including predominantly Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid conditions, and some medication management
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions
- Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Serve as a collaborating physician for other providers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
- Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine

Additional Information
- Working additionally in a private practice doing similar work would not be permitted
- Active IL medical and IL DEA licenses are required to start
- Part-time providers must work at least 16 hours per week
- Availability required for at least one weekday evening or one weekend day shift
