Banner Bank seeks a Home Loan Center Inside Loan Officer to originate real estate loans for customers in branch areas not covered by local Loan Officers. You will generate standard residential mortgage loans via telephone and internet for customers referred by branches and for bank employees, supporting our mission to listen, learn, and help individuals achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Originate standard residential mortgage loans via telephone and internet with customers referred by identified branches.
- Originate residential mortgage loans for employees of the Bank.
- Originate loans in compliance with the Bank’s underwriting guidelines and investor requirements, ensuring strict adherence to regulator standards.
- Set up originated loans in the Bank's system and ensure they are processed through submission for underwriting.
- Attend internal training sessions, internal sales meetings, and external training opportunities.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field is required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
- NMLS registration is required.
- 4 or more years of experience in mortgage loan origination is required.
