What You'll Do
Support clients at every stage of purchasing a home by delivering clear, tailored financial guidance. Use digital platforms like True Home Affordability to identify and engage leads, helping clients understand their credit options and home equity needs.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the home journey—from initial research to final mortgage decisions. Utilize video calls, screen sharing, and shared dashboards to create a seamless, modern client experience. Maintain consistent follow-up and documentation to strengthen long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal partners by identifying client needs and making warm referrals. Stay current with compliance standards and internal procedures to ensure responsible advice delivery.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services, with demonstrated ability in credit advisory and mortgage processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty
- Proven ability to manage time and tasks independently in a remote work environment
- Comfort using digital tools across devices and adapting to new technologies
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed, within a flexible schedule
