Digital Trendteam is hiring an Application Development Analyst – Release Coordinator to join our team supporting Evernorth. You will be integral to managing release schedules, performing code triage, and implementing quick fixes for issues affecting our applications. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage software release schedules and timelines
- Facilitate release planning meetings and readiness reviews
- Maintain and update release calendars and documentation
- Communicate release status and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with change management and release policies
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
- Identify and mitigate release risks and issues
- Manage release notes and documentation
- Support post-release validation and issue resolution
- Continuously improve release processes and tools
What We're Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of experience in software release or project coordination
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of software development and release lifecycles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with release management tools and systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- College degree (BE or MCA)
- Exposure to Production environments
