Winedrops is hiring a Mid-Senior Developer to join our Engineering Team. You will contribute to new application features, collaborating with founders and engineers to shape the future of our platform. Our aim is to build the world’s best wine merchant, using technology to improve savings and access for our members.
What You'll Do
- Lead software development cycles from planning to deployment.
- Design and maintain scalable applications with modern technologies.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for better performance.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with the listed tech stack.
- Heavy user of AI-enabled SWE tools and workflows like Cursor, Windsurf, or v0 to increase output speed.
- Enjoy SQL, including writing complex views, even while using an ORM like Prisma.
- Understanding of how to write production-ready code; we deploy multiple times a day to tens of thousands of customers.
- Happy to work GMT Timezone.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software development, in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- You love working across the entire stack. Ideally, you have done both React Native and React.
