Hire Overseas is hiring a Full Stack Engineer / Webflow Developer & Designer who excels at building scalable, user-friendly experiences. You will focus on either full stack engineering or Webflow development and design, depending on your strengths, working on projects that blend performance, branding, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain web applications across the stack.
- Design APIs, databases, and infrastructure that scale.
- Integrate front-end designs with backend functionality.
- Collaborate on technical architecture and deployment workflows.
- Create beautiful, responsive websites in Webflow.
- Translate Figma or brand guidelines into custom CMS-powered builds.
- Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and UX.
- Implement clean animations, interactions, and visual systems.
- Maintain consistency across landing pages, blogs, and product sites.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development and/or Webflow design.
- Comfortable owning your work end-to-end, from idea to implementation.
- Fluent in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or design systems.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO, performance optimization, or design systems.
