Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Build intuitive front-end interfaces and scalable backend services with minimal design direction
- Supervise and guide a small engineering team of 2 to 3 developers to promote teamwork and consistent output
- Collaborate closely with the CTO to ensure technical initiatives support business objectives
- Maintain high standards in code quality through the use of current development methodologies and tooling
- Advance project delivery within a supportive and collaborative team culture
