Responsibilities
- Develop and review structural designs for high voltage substations.
- Ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Conduct site inspections and assess structural conditions.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform structural analyses and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and peer reviews.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
- Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials.
- Monitor construction progress and quality.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare cost estimates for structural components.
- Ensure all designs are environmentally sustainable.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
