What You'll Do
Review and confirm the accuracy of customer-submitted documents during account registration, ensuring all information meets current compliance standards. Perform outbound calls to clients in designated corridors to complete identity and security validations. Stay current with evolving KYC, AML, and fraud prevention protocols, applying updates promptly to daily workflows.
Monitor account activity for red flags and report any suspicious behavior in line with regulatory requirements. Support team objectives by meeting performance targets and maintaining consistent service quality. Deliver clear, professional communication to customers while representing compliance standards. Take initiative in improving your knowledge and skills relevant to verification processes.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent educational qualification
- Minimum of two years of experience in KYC or a related compliance role
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and conversational
- Familiarity with international money transfer systems and practices
- Solid understanding of KYC principles, AML guidelines, and fraud detection methods
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a hybrid environment
