Lead the next generation of semiconductor patterning technology as the High NA EUV Photo Director at the NYCreates facility in Albany, NY. In this role, you will direct engineering efforts focused on High Numerical Aperture EUV lithography, shaping the future of advanced node development. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of High NA EUV operations, including tool scheduling, material logistics, and reticle management
- Develop and execute patterning pathfinding projects, ensuring alignment with process integration goals
- Represent your organization at the NYCreates site, maintaining strict protection of intellectual assets
- Collaborate with global R&D teams in Boise, Hiroshima, and other technology development centers to co-develop EUV process modules
- Work closely with equipment suppliers and industry partners to evaluate performance and influence future tool capabilities
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of semiconductor process experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience. Leadership is essential—this role requires proven experience managing technical teams with a minimum of five direct reports.
Technical expertise should include deep familiarity with EUV lithography systems and 193nm immersion multiple patterning techniques such as LELE and SAQP. Experience with lithography simulation tools like Prolith or S-Litho is required, along with strong data analysis skills using JMP or Python.
Preferred candidates will have a track record of defining technology strategies, working with vendors to shape roadmaps, and delivering technical updates to senior stakeholders. Experience in leading development or demonstration programs for lithography tools or related modules is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $167,000 to $333,000. In addition, the total compensation package includes equity, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program.
