Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line assistance for company products and services
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Guide users in effectively using the digital platform
- Translate complex technical details into easy-to-understand language
- Work with internal departments to address recurring issues and suggest enhancements
- Maintain and revise metadata to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Utilize diagnostic tools to monitor and interpret system behavior
Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience in the publishing or book sector
- Hands-on experience with the company’s digital tools and platforms
- Background supporting data management systems or publishing-related software
- Working knowledge of fundamental database principles
- Ability to use technical tools to examine or modify data as necessary
- Dedication to delivering high-quality user support and service
Nice to Have
- Understanding of ONIX for Books data standards
- Knowledge of standard metadata practices in book publishing
