Horizon Recovery is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full lifecycle of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling for our home care agency. This virtual role is central to ensuring smooth caregiver operations, from initial sourcing to shift assignment, empowering clients to age in place.
What You'll Do
- Source caregivers through various channels.
- Screen candidates for compliance, experience, competence, reliability, and soft skills.
- Coordinate in-person interviews for domestic staff.
- Initiate and complete the onboarding process, including sending, capturing, and uploading documents into company software.
- Guide caregivers through onboarding to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain frequent communication with caregivers in the pipeline regarding upcoming shifts and availability.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedure documentation for repetitive tasks.
- Create training material to support virtual assistant team expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in caregiver recruitment, onboarding, or scheduling in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage caregivers and clients effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience using scheduling and onboarding software.
- Ability to create SOPs and training materials to document workflows.
- High-volume recruiting experience.
- US recruitment experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating with remote teams and virtual assistants.
- A background specifically in caregiver recruitment.
- Knowledge of home care scheduling practices.
- Familiarity with non-medical caregiving services and activities of daily living (ADLs).
