What the job is about:
The Health & Wellbeing Manager is directly responsible for delivering one or more National Diabetes Prevention Programmes across a geographical area. Your mission? Ensure services meet or exceed commissioner performance expectations, stay within budget, and maintain top-notch quality standards.
You'll be promoting Reed Wellbeing services, driving participant referrals through strategic activities and building rock-solid local stakeholder relationships. This means managing service delivery, planning resources, and quality assuring everything to perfection.
Your day-to-day will include:
Leadership & Team Management
You'll lead and manage a dynamic team of self-employed Health & Wellbeing Coaches. Think strong leadership, coordination, and support that inspires your team to own their work and deliver high-impact, high-quality services.
Performance Management and Delivery
Effectively promote and manage programmes through strategic planning, performance tracking, and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all service elements.
Business Growth and Stakeholder Management
Proactively grow Reed Wellbeing's business by building and maintaining killer relationships with local commissioners, referral organizations, and complementary services.
