WTW is hiring a Health Outsourcing Business Analyst to apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver benefits administration solutions. You will empower employers, employees, and retirees to better navigate the changing world of benefits for our Fortune 500 clients.
What You'll Do
- Learn and apply WTW best practices, standards, and tools.
- Gather requirements from clients and vendors, consulting with them to develop effective solutions.
- Perform system configuration based on detailed requirements.
- Translate complex client business requirements into functional and technical specification documents.
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans for system functionalities.
- Coach and mentor junior business analysts and perform peer reviews of their work.
- Write queries using SQL and analyze results to reduce rework.
- Follow the System Development Lifecycle methodology.
- Understand the big picture and partner with shared services as needed for issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures, and test plan execution.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility, accountability, and the ability to deliver multiple projects with quality.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours as required.
Nice to Have
- An understanding of the fundamentals of health and welfare and broader benefit plan design.

- Compensation: $82,000 - $95,000 USD annually.
