Prime Therapeutics LLC is looking for a Senior Health Data Analyst to join our Star & Quality analytics team. In this role, you will provide critical information, analyses, and consultation to stakeholders, assessing performance data to develop actionable recommendations that support departmental and organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Act as a champion for the consulting and analytic methodology within the Star ratings and quality Center of Excellence analytics team.
- Define requirements, establish processes, and manage projects aligned with analytic methodologies, reporting needs, and new product development.
- Lead complex client analytical work efforts as a subject matter expert on Star ratings and quality data.
- Proactively investigate key drivers of Star ratings performance and build recommendations for enhancements to improve client outcomes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for internal projects between quality management and enterprise analytics to ensure alignment with client needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience; a HS diploma or GED is required.
- 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management, reporting & analytics, Star ratings and quality, healthcare, or a related field.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- Advanced troubleshooting and in-depth client data research skills.
- Strong PBM industry knowledge and understanding of Prime Therapeutics' financial levers.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present complex data to diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
- Direct PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
- Experience conducting complex analysis on large sets of pharmacy, claims, medical, and/or financial data.
- Basic to intermediate SQL coding skills.
- Previous experience with Alteryx.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or consultative role.
- Extensive experience using analytic tools; familiarity with GCP and Claims systems.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $81,000.00 - $138,000.00.
