Lead the Strategy and Execution of High-Volume Talent Acquisition
As Head of Workforce Recruiting, you will design and lead a scalable, data-driven recruiting function to meet the rapid hiring demands of an expanding manufacturing and operations organization. You will own the full lifecycle of workforce planning, from forecasting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to fulfill high-volume hiring needs across manufacturing, operations, and corporate roles.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and operations specialists, establishing clear performance metrics and development pathways.
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and service models that maintain hiring speed without compromising candidate experience or quality of hire.
- Use recruiting analytics to track KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates, time-to-fill, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business growth plans into actionable hiring forecasts and capacity models.
- Advise hiring managers with market insights, labor trends, and data-backed recommendations to improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with employer branding, compensation, and people operations to build sustainable, diverse talent pipelines.
- Optimize the use of ATS/CRM platforms, automation tools, and reporting systems to increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
You bring 10+ years of talent acquisition leadership, with a focus on high-volume environments such as manufacturing, operations, or field-based hiring. You have a proven ability to scale recruiting teams in fast-growth settings and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics, forecasting, and performance management.
- Proven track record in building and managing recruiting functions that deliver at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel optimization, SLA management, and capacity planning.
- Experience advising executives on workforce strategy and labor market dynamics.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and recruiting technology platforms.
- Preferred experience in startups, advanced manufacturing, or diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
