What You'll Do
- Develop and drive a comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet aggressive hiring goals across manufacturing, operations, and corporate teams.
- Build and lead a recruiting organization focused on performance, scalability, and efficiency, managing recruiters, sourcers, and operations specialists.
- Establish measurable recruiting KPIs, create forecasting models, and use analytics to improve hiring speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable processes for sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring workflows that maintain candidate experience at scale.
- Optimize the full hiring lifecycle using ATS/CRM tools, automation, and performance tracking to reduce time-to-fill and improve conversion rates.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor recruiter productivity, and support team development through structured feedback and growth plans.
- Work closely with senior leaders to translate business expansion plans into hiring forecasts and workforce capacity models.
- Advise hiring managers with market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with employer branding, compensation, and HR teams to strengthen talent pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition leadership, with a focus on high-volume hiring in complex or fast-scaling environments such as manufacturing or operations.
- Proven ability to build and manage recruiting teams that deliver consistently against ambitious hiring targets.
- Strong background in recruiting metrics, funnel analysis, and performance reporting, with a track record of using data to improve outcomes.
- Experience designing scalable recruiting systems, SLAs, and service models that balance speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Skilled at aligning talent strategy with business objectives and advising executives on workforce planning and market dynamics.
- Proficient with ATS, CRM, automation tools, and reporting platforms to enhance recruiter productivity and operational visibility.
