Lead the North America channel strategy for Logitech’s Video Collaboration business by building and managing a high-performing team of partner account managers and external agency resources. This role is central to shaping and executing a go-to-market approach that drives sell-in and sell-out performance across value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), and strategic growth partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to accelerate revenue growth for Logitech’s video collaboration portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of channel professionals through clear role definition, performance expectations, and hands-on guidance
- Strengthen relationships with distribution partners and solution providers to increase market preference for Logitech products
- Set regional sales targets, monitor forecast accuracy, and remove barriers to help teams exceed revenue and profitability goals
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and global teams to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience
- Conduct regular pipeline and forecast reviews to maintain alignment with global demand planning
- Drive process improvements by gathering insights from the field and refining operational workflows
- Represent Logitech in customer and partner engagements to deepen strategic alliances and expand market reach
Qualifications
Candidates should bring proven experience in channel sales leadership, with a track record of managing P&L and delivering against aggressive growth targets. Experience in managing indirect sales channels, particularly within technology or collaboration solutions, is essential. The ideal candidate has led teams through early-stage development and transformation, with direct experience carrying quota or managing quota-bearing teams.
Strong skills in Salesforce.com, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration are required. Leadership presence, negotiation ability, and a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks are critical to success.
Work Environment
This is a full-time hybrid or remote role, open to candidates in the Chicago, New York City, Dallas, or San Jose metro areas. Regular travel will be required for internal meetings, customer visits, and industry events. Compensation & Benefits
On Target Earnings (OTE) typically range between $226,000 and $354,000, with potential for higher compensation based on experience, skills, and business needs.
