Lead the future of user acquisition for a growing portfolio of subscription-based products. As Head of User Acquisition, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and evolution of paid acquisition across major digital platforms. This role is central to scaling customer growth efficiently while maintaining strong return on ad spend and lifetime value metrics.
What You’ll Own
- Build and lead a high-performing, centralized UA function serving multiple product teams
- Define and execute acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other key channels
- Design and implement scalable processes, testing frameworks, and performance reporting systems
- Set department-wide OKRs and individual performance metrics aligned with business outcomes
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of UA managers, driving accountability and development
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and talent growth within the UA organization
- Oversee multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, optimizing for CAC efficiency and positive ROAS
- Develop growth strategies using LTV:CAC, retention, conversion, and ARPU insights
- Collaborate with data science to refine attribution and analytics models
- Own the testing roadmap, including A/B experiments, geo expansions, and creative iteration
- Align with product leaders to ensure UA supports broader business goals
- Guide creative teams using data-driven briefs to improve ad performance
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and marketing technology providers
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in senior UA leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale paid budgets across subscription-based D2C products
- Track record of building, managing, and developing teams of 5–7 UA professionals
- Deep expertise in Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other paid channels
- Strong analytical foundation with fluency in Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL
- Experience setting KPIs, building SOPs, and operating under a centralized model
- High-energy, hands-on leader who leads from the front and stays deeply involved
- Relentless focus on performance, ROI, and rapid optimization
- Strong management instincts—able to hire, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalable growth and profitability
How You’ll Work
Fully remote role with team members distributed globally. We expect availability during Central European Time (CET) hours for collaboration. This position operates under a flexible independent contractor agreement, offering autonomy and tax advantages while supporting remote work from anywhere within ±4 hours of CET.
