Requirements
- A successful track record in a senior iGaming leadership role with explicit P&L ownership of a B2B platform solution (5+ years).
- Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams (100+ employees).
- Deep technical and product knowledge across the entire iGaming platform stack (PAM, CRM, Payments, Bonus engines).
- Strong data-driven decision-making ability with a comprehensive understanding of player segmentation and operator operations.
- The rare ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and partnership management capabilities.
- Ability for business trips to Cyprus.
