Babcock International is seeking a Head of Site to provide pivotal leadership at our Ashchurch facility. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team driving operational excellence, ensuring outstanding support through maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for British Army vehicle equipment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop large operational teams to achieve People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets.
- Oversee the delivery of production outputs for Army vehicle equipment across internal and external partners.
- Provide cohesive and visible leadership to integrate functions into a unified Operational Management team.
- Build a strong, positive, high-performance culture aligned to the Babcock Principles.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with customers and partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading large teams in a complex operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business models, processes, and performance delivery.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships across multi-stakeholder settings.
- Exceptional leadership capability with financial, commercial, and performance management expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance.
Team & Environment
