Responsibilities
- Manage regional operations and service implementation across all sites to align with corporate objectives, meet industry regulations, and ensure efficient delivery of Marine Service functions
- Assume complete profit and loss accountability for the region, driving initiatives that improve profitability, streamline resource allocation, and enhance financial results
- Lead and cultivate high-performing teams by fostering accountability, technical proficiency, and customer-centricity through focused coaching and performance management
- Promote close coordination between service units, After Sales/Product Lines, and New Equipment Sales to create a cohesive regional strategy and increase customer satisfaction
- Advance strategic regional expansion by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in emerging Northern European markets while ensuring service preparedness for advanced marine and offshore technologies
