TetraScience is hiring a Head of Sciborgs, EMEA to lead our scientific delivery team in the region. In this critical leadership role, you will drive value for our Life Science customers by overseeing implementations, ensuring renewals, and assisting in expansions while establishing TetraScience as a thought leader in Scientific Data and AI.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Scientific Business Analysts and Scientific Data Architects.
- Establish TetraScience as the Scientific Data and AI thought leader with Life Science customers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive scientific delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value with high customer satisfaction and meet annual renewal targets.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with product teams to drive scientific business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, positioning TetraScience as a thought leader in the markets.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention while expanding your network within the accounts.
- Lead by example and coach your team to develop in their careers and inspire your team to do the best work of their life.
- Employ analytical and EQ skills to generate insights from customers’ data strategies and actions.
- Travel to customer locations frequently, dependent on account and team needs.
