Lavendo is hiring a Head of Sales (Voice AI)

Lavendo is seeking a Head of Sales (Voice AI) to lead its US sales organization during a pivotal inflection point in AI adoption. You will architect the go-to-market strategy for an AI voice technology product that customers often mistake for human agents, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts to democratize access to enterprise-grade conversational AI.

What You'll Do

• Transform a team into a revenue powerhouse during a hypergrowth phase.
• Develop sophisticated go-to-market strategies targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in high-value verticals.
• Recruit, coach, and scale high-performing sales professionals who can navigate complex AI sales cycles.
• Lead enterprise negotiations where you're not just selling software, but transforming how businesses operate.
• Influence product roadmap with market insights for a platform processing millions of calls monthly.
• Create the playbooks and processes that will define how AI voice agents are sold in the enterprise.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years driving enterprise technology sales.
• 5+ years scaling sales teams through Series A to B/C/D growth stages.
• Track record of building sales organizations from the ground up in high-velocity environments.
• Expertise in complex, strategic sales cycles with C-level stakeholders in technology adoption.
• Deep experience with proven sales frameworks (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC preferred).
• Full-time authorization to work in the US with NYC-based location requirement.

Nice to Have

• Background in conversational AI, UCaaS, payments, or fintech gives you immediate credibility.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 + equity: 0.5% – 2.0%
