Role Overview
We're seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Leader to direct and own the organization's sales function. You will integrate strategic thinking, commercial execution, and process-development skills to propel growth and operational scaling.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll not merely manage transactions but architect systems, pipelines, and processes ensuring a predictable, scalable, and high-performance sales mechanism.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Construct and optimize structured B2B sales pipelines targeting maritime and healthcare clients
