Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversee daily activities and operations within the sales team
- Drive performance to meet or exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators
- Evaluate market trends in system integration and track competitor strategies
- Maintain and continuously update the client database with accurate, structured data
- Assess sales pipeline efficiency and conversion metrics to enhance team effectiveness
- Engage directly in high-level negotiations with major clients and decision-makers
- Lead performance reviews, design training initiatives, and support team development
- Monitor sales volume trends and generate detailed reports for executive leadership
- Ensure consistent and accurate data handling and entry within the CRM platform
