Wingtra AG is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine. You will be responsible for aligning strategy, processes, and data across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive efficient growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement the revenue operations strategy and roadmap
- Own and optimize the entire revenue funnel from lead to renewal
- Build and manage processes for sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Define key metrics and deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of core sales and marketing technology
- Ensure clean data integrity across all revenue systems
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations role
- Deep expertise in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales/marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements that drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders
