About the Role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Head of Regions in Romania to own the commercial performance and long-term development of Glovo’s most important regional partners across the country. This is a senior commercial leadership role with high visibility and direct impact on revenue, partner growth, and market leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive the commercial performance of Glovo’s largest regional partners.
  • Build and maintain senior-level, long-term relationships with key regional partners through frequent in-person interactions.
  • Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, balancing aggressive growth with sustainable, trust-based partnerships.
  • Define and execute joint business plans, portfolio strategy, and partner segmentation across regions.
  • Use data and KPIs to generate insights, identify growth levers, and steer performance decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners on growth, operations, and scalability within the Glovo ecosystem.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse regional team of 20+ people, including senior profiles and managers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Finance, HQ teams) to ensure strong execution.
  • Represent Glovo’s culture, values, and leadership externally across regional markets.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or key account leadership roles, ideally in marketplace, tech, FMCG, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience owning large partner portfolios and delivering sustained commercial growth.
  • Strong people leadership experience, having led and scaled teams of 20+ people.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including experience with tough, high-pressure counterparts.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable partner insights.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
  • Comfort with frequent travel and spending significant time face-to-face with partners.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.

Qualifications: What You Will Bring To The RideFull time availability. 3 days a week at the office, 2 optional remote.At least 3 years working experience in Retail Media/Ads and/or commercial roles related to digital marketing Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably.Commercial experience in negotiations with clear profit-driven goals (e.g. JBP, commercial agreements, etc.)Lead acquisition knowledge based on full funnel (from lead to prospect to client)Experience working with agencies (marketing, comms, digital) is a plus.Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting, driving data driven insights is a must.Experience with data tools such as Salesforce and Looker are a plusGreat interpersonal and project management skills, problem solver and capability to adapt fast to unexpected situationsComfortable working autonomously in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
