Lead and transform end-to-end supply chain operations for a portfolio of emerging beauty and lifestyle brands scaling in the U.S. market. This role is central to building a resilient, data-driven supply ecosystem from sourcing through final delivery, with primary flow between China and the U.S. via Amazon FBA and third-party logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete supply journey — from raw material sourcing and manufacturing to international shipping, customs clearance, and final warehouse placement
- Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and freight forwarders in both China and the U.S., ensuring competitive pricing, reliable performance, and compliance
- Lead negotiations on contracts, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and resolution of disputes or quality issues
- Manage procurement of supplements and cosmetics, including packaging development and production timelines
- Optimize inventory planning and replenishment cycles to support Amazon sales velocity and avoid stockouts
- Conduct landed-cost analysis, budget oversight, and financial reporting to guide strategic decisions
- Choose and manage 3PL partners, overseeing warehouse operations and fulfillment accuracy
- Develop scalable tools, databases, and operational workflows to support rapid growth
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse managers, setting clear performance metrics and development paths
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in procurement, international trade, or supply chain management, with direct experience in China-U.S. logistics
- Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers, production schedules, and freight arrangements simultaneously
- Strong command of Incoterms 2020, customs regulations, and global shipping documentation
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience with e-commerce supply chains, particularly Amazon-focused brands
- Understanding of COGS, margin structures, and working capital dynamics
- Leadership experience or clear readiness to lead strategically and operationally
- Fluency in English at B2 level or higher

- Background in cosmetics, supplements, or consumer lifestyle products
- Experience scaling brands on Amazon U.S. marketplace
- Proficiency in Chinese
- Hands-on experience designing supply chain systems from the ground up
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reporting tools
- Experience managing DDP shipments and complex freight tenders
- Exposure to ERP or supply planning platforms
