Requirements
- Proven experience improving product retention in a high-scale B2C SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of user behavior across the full product lifecycle
- Experience improving onboarding, activation, and long-term product usage
- Ability to translate data into clear product decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams
- Strong understanding of product metrics (e.g. retention, churn, cohort behavior)
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
