Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear, long-term product strategy aligned with organizational mission
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles from ideation to launch and iteration
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand nonprofit workflows and pain points
- Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap responsive to market needs
- Set product metrics and track performance against key outcomes
- Advocate for user needs across internal teams and leadership
- Manage trade-offs between innovation, technical debt, and delivery timelines
- Lead discovery efforts for new product opportunities and market expansions
- Ensure accessibility and usability for diverse nonprofit users
- Work with customer success to gather ongoing feedback and identify improvement areas
- Align product direction with compliance and data privacy requirements
- Mentor and grow product team members with a focus on impact
- Represent the product vision externally through demos and stakeholder updates
