Andromeda Cluster is hiring a Head of Product to define and drive the product vision for our AI compute platform. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning company strategy, market signals, and customer pain into a clear vision, priorities, user experiences, and a compounding roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Clarify the product vision and strategy across customer-facing platform, marketplace, supply-side workflows, and internal tooling.
- Translate company strategy into coherent product strategy and define what Andromeda is building.
- Make hard prioritization calls under real constraints and ensure the roadmap compounds toward a durable advantage.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with AI labs, enterprises, and providers to understand workflows and incentives.
- Turn qualitative and quantitative signal into product decisions.
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end with clear problem definitions, success metrics, and tight scoping with Engineering.
- Provide clear product direction and tradeoff framing to Engineering, ensuring engineers understand why things matter.
- Shape how the product is positioned and sold, ensuring product capabilities align with real deal requirements.
- Help define pricing, packaging, and marketplace mechanics.
- Equip Sales and Partnerships with clear narratives and demos and close the loop between the field and the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- You have led product for developer tools, marketplaces, or AI/Cloud infrastructure products.
- You have an engineering background.
- You are deeply comfortable working with engineers and technical customers.
- You are a strong systems thinker who enjoys hard tradeoffs.
- You thrive in zero-to-one and one-to-scale environments.
- You are opinionated, but evidence-driven.
- You have experience supporting enterprise or developer go-to-market motions.
Team & Environment
You will work in close partnership with the CEO, VP of Engineering, and design team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in North America, with San Francisco as a preferred location.
