Reprise Financial is hiring a Head of New Customer Strategy & Analytics

Reprise Financial is looking for a Head of New Customer Strategy & Analytics to lead and grow our customer acquisition channels. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for scaling new customer acquisition through direct marketing, affiliate marketing, and Search Engine marketing.

What You'll Do

• Grow New Customer Acquisition across direct marketing/mail, affiliate marketing, and Search Engine marketing channels.
• Build and manage a team focused on optimizing spend and tailoring targeting strategies for each channel.
• Work internally to develop new tools, including targeting models, creative offers, offer and creative testing frameworks, and bounty structures.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and drive growth through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with the underwriting team to create strategies and tests for optimizing targeting, offers, and offer presentment.
• Develop and deploy testing, analyze results, and apply learnings to improve performance.
• Identify and evaluate alternative growth channels, including new partnerships, data sources, and verticals.
• Optimize affiliate algorithms to drive incremental profitable volume.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in a financial analytics role.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, search engine optimization, and Direct Mail Analytics.
• A proven track record of managing and improving program performance, preferably in financial services or related verticals.
• Proven ability to work hands-on with data analysis tools like SQL and Python.
• Proven experience managing others and collaborating effectively across functions.
• A proven track record in understanding and managing modeling builds and model evaluation as a business user of models and modeling teams.
