Responsibilities
- Lead the U.S. FOB marketing team to meet annual sales and profitability targets.
- Support the creation of FOB market strategies and oversee local execution of product plans.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and product development teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.
- Help shape new product development strategies and ensure successful market rollouts in the FOB and U.S. markets.
- Recruit, train, and develop marketing staff within the FOB division.
- Establish and oversee the annual marketing budget, compensation structures, and employee motivation initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, training, and professional growth of FOB marketing personnel.
- Collaborate across all organizational levels, including customers, key opinion leaders, suppliers, and industry competitors.
- Supervise Product Marketing Managers and ensure effective team performance.
- Organize and lead key meetings, including annual and interim sales management discussions.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns and materials for major trade events.
- Assist the sales team in enhancing and maintaining a high-performing network of direct sellers and distributors.
- Identify and cultivate local strategic partnerships to expand commercial reach.
- Pursue and implement new revenue-generating opportunities within the distribution network.

Compensation
