YipitData is hiring a Head of Investor Applications to lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers. You will develop the vision and strategy for our application suite, helping Public Market Investor customers maximize value from proprietary data and empowering internal Data and Research Analysts.
What You'll Do
- Develop a vision for our application suite by obsessing over customers, their engagement with content, and competitive differentiation.
- Communicate the vision by evangelizing an exciting roadmap to customers and creating OKRs for team focus.
- Lead the application team by recruiting, retaining, and developing excellent PMs and Designers.
- Deeply partner with Engineering to build scalable experiences and foster a culture of iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Research, and Revenue teams to maximize impact and achieve business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years managing and developing a team of Product Managers.
- Proven track record of creating products that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent customer discovery skills using quantitative and qualitative research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of financial markets and the workflows of institutional buy-side participants.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally within the financial services space.
- AI tools usage.
