Grupo Mariposa is looking for a Head of Innovation to lead the company's innovation pipeline, identifying new product opportunities and extensions. You will develop business cases, strategic positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new products while managing the marketing plan and performance of existing innovative products. What You'll Do
- Lead the company's innovation pipeline, identifying new product or line extension opportunities through analysis of consumer, market, competition, and global trends.
- Evaluate the business viability of each innovation by modeling volume, margin, and profitability scenarios, and building pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop the strategic positioning and value proposition of each new product, ensuring coherence with the Citric brand DNA.
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for existing innovative products, focusing on growth and performance.
- Lead consumer and market research, validate product developments, define Buyer Personas and strategic positioning for each proposal.
- Align and coordinate creative and media agencies.
- Monitor innovation performance KPIs.
- Administer the marketing innovation budget.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure comprehensive launch execution.
- Work closely with the Head of R&D to develop concepts, formulas, and packaging.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions, leading teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, and management systems.
- Advanced level of English.
