Strategic Leadership & Business Development
Define and execute a 3–5 year roadmap to commercialize platform capabilities, delivering end-to-end solutions for corporations, governments, and development institutions. Identify new market entry points, forge strategic partnerships, and build scalable offerings that meet evolving client needs across geographies.
Platform Integration & Innovation
Oversee the advancement of analytics and impact tracking systems, digital engagement tools, and global training programs. Ensure each platform remains user-focused, technically robust, and aligned with real-world applications in sustainable finance. Translate business requirements into actionable product development priorities in close collaboration with technical teams.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a distributed team of experts in technology, data science, and capacity building. Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. Partner with investment and advisory divisions to embed data insights into client strategies, enhancing both capital mobilization and policy influence.
Operational Excellence
- Establish KPIs, financial models, and reporting frameworks to ensure performance and sustainability
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and talent development to scale operations efficiently

Qualifications & Mindset
You bring 15+ years of experience in fintech, impact investing, or digital platforms, with a demonstrated ability to build and scale integrated solutions. You are a systems thinker—skilled at connecting people, ideas, and technologies—while remaining grounded in execution. Your background spans strategy, product innovation, and stakeholder engagement across private, public, and multilateral sectors. Fluency in data tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau is essential, as is experience in ESG frameworks and regulatory standards.
