- Oversee People Experience operations, including budgeting, resourcing, and prioritization.
- Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and sensitive personnel matters.
- Evaluate and manage total reward and benefits programs.
- Analyze trends in employee benefits and propose enhancements.
- Guarantee accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Review pay frameworks to ensure equity and fairness.
- Develop clear performance metrics and comprehensive job roles.
- Ensure consistent and effective performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain processes for performance improvement and probationary periods.
- Ensure office environments are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Set performance expectations, deliver feedback, and manage team outcomes.
