Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, creation, and implementation of growth marketing strategies across the app, including paid channels, user lifecycle, organic collaboration, and conversion improvements
- Work closely with leadership to ensure growth targets support broader company objectives
- Model and analyze marketing performance, identify emerging trends, and act on growth opportunities proactively
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier growth team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and initiative
- Develop deep empathy with users by understanding their behaviors, pain points, and motivations to enhance long-term engagement
- Partner with Product and Analytics teams to contribute insights during key strategic conversations
- Champion core cultural values across the organization, including ambition, humility, empathy, curiosity, responsibility, and focus on outcomes
