Wing Assistant is seeking a Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to lead our growth and performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to scale our marketing impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of all growth and performance marketing initiatives
- Build and manage marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Analyze data to optimize channel performance and marketing ROI
- Develop scalable processes for campaign management and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading growth and performance marketing for a B2B or tech company
- Strong track record of scaling customer acquisition through paid and organic channels
- Expertise in analytics, attribution modeling, and marketing ROI analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects
