As Head of Growth, you'll lead end-to-end acquisition and pipeline development for a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS platform. Your focus will be on building efficient, measurable systems that scale qualified demand while optimizing customer acquisition cost and payback periods. You’ll own performance across the entire funnel—driving improvements from first touch to revenue conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance across paid and organic channels, with full accountability for pipeline volume and efficiency
- Set and track KPIs including traffic quality, conversion rates, CAC, and payback timelines
- Refine trial and demo conversion paths in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Lead cross-functional marketing functions—content, design, brand, and PR—aligned around growth outcomes
- Manage budget allocation with a disciplined, ROI-first mindset across channels
- Build a structured testing framework to accelerate experimentation and validate performance gains
- Integrate AI and automation to streamline workflows, increase output, and shift team focus toward strategic initiatives
- Reimagine marketing operations for an AI-native world—redefining roles, workflows, and ownership models
- Identify and operationalize emerging tools, channels, and agent-based systems quickly
What You Bring
- Proven leadership in B2B SaaS growth, with 10+ years driving pipeline in sales-assisted models
- Deep fluency in funnel analytics, attribution, and unit economics
- Experience scaling performance marketing and managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term capability building
- Track record of aligning distributed teams across time zones and functions
- Foundational understanding of AI’s impact on marketing structure and workflow
- Systems-thinking mindset—connecting paid, organic, and product-led growth
- Willingness to travel occasionally to key hubs in Tallinn and Toronto
