Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is hiring a Head of Graphic Design to own and strengthen our visual identity across all platforms and communications. You will translate business goals into high-impact visual execution, acting as the key bridge between Marketing, Product, Growth, and Leadership.
What You'll Do
- Build a strong, consistent, and conversion-driven visual brand across all platforms.
- Establish scalable design systems and creative workflows.
- Support growth and marketing through high-impact visual execution for campaigns, partnerships, and product launches.
- Build and lead a high-performing graphic design function, including hiring, mentoring, and managing designers or freelancers.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead role experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and digital design impact.
- Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
- Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in visual creation, branding, and creative production workflows.
- Proven ability to design for digital platforms: web, social media, and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and conversion-focused design.
- Experience working with marketing, product, and growth teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality assets quickly.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing creative workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools.
- High ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async teams.
